Deleting a resource doesn't destroy it right away — it goes to Trash, where you can get it back.
What happens when you delete
The resource leaves the sidebar and moves to Trash.
It stays there for 30 days, then is permanently removed.
Deleting a folder sends its contents to Trash along with it.
Restoring
Open Trash from the sidebar.
Find the resource and choose Restore — it returns to its original place in the tree.
To clear space sooner, you can delete permanently from Trash. That can't be undone.
Good to know
Collaborators lose access to a trashed resource immediately, just like a normal delete.
Copilot never permanently deletes anything without asking you first.
