An organization is billed as one account, separate from anyone's personal plan. Manage it under Organization settings → Billing (Super Admins and Admins).
Rolling out. Organization billing is being switched on gradually — some controls may not be live in your account yet.
Per-member pricing
The organization pays a flat monthly price for each member. Seats track your member list automatically — add someone and they're counted, remove them and they're not. You'll see the current per-member price and an estimated monthly total before you confirm.
Shared credit pool
AI usage inside the organization's workspaces draws from a shared credit pool the organization tops up — so that work is billed to the organization, not to each person's own plan. Buy credits in bundles from the Billing tab.
If the pool runs out, members fall back to their personal AI allowance, so work doesn't stop.
Managing the subscription
Start or change the plan from the Billing tab. Payment and invoices are handled through Stripe, and you can open the billing portal to update payment details or cancel. Personal subscriptions and paid team workspaces keep working alongside an organization — they're billed separately.
