Find anything in your workspace — by keyword, or by meaning.
How search works
Dokki indexes every document and table as you change it. When you search, two things happen at once:
Keyword match — exact and prefix matches in titles, headings, and body text.
Meaning match — finds content that means what you're looking for, even if you didn't use the same words. Searching "launch numbers" can surface a doc titled "Q3 GTM revenue."
Results from both passes are blended and ranked, so the most relevant items show up first.
Where to use it
Sidebar search —
Cmd/Ctrl + Kopens the global search box. Filter by type (doc, table, artifact, folder).Inside Copilot — ask "what did we decide about onboarding pricing?" and Copilot searches your workspace before answering, with citations back to the source doc.
Languages
Search works across languages. You can ask a question in English and surface a Chinese document, or vice versa. Dokki's interface ships in English and Simplified Chinese.
Scope
Search is per-workspace. You only see results from workspaces you're a member of, and there's no cross-workspace search by design — that keeps work in one team strictly separate from another.
