Organizations can shape how AI is used across all their workspaces. You'll find these under Organization settings → AI (Super Admins and Admins).
Allowed models
Choose which AI models people can use in the organization's workspaces. Leave it open to allow every available model, or narrow it to an approved list — useful for cost control or keeping everyone on vetted models. People only see the allowed models in the picker.
Per-member usage limits
Set a daily AI allowance for members — either an organization-wide default, or a specific limit per person. When someone reaches their daily limit inside the organization, AI pauses for them until the next day. This keeps spend predictable when many people share one bill.
Usage overview
The same area shows recent AI usage across the organization — messages and credits per member — so admins can see who's using what.
